Best I can find is there are two - a French one (they're not sharing) and a British one bases on a Danish design that is still under construction.
IIRC, the cost analysis of the LCS was based on an Aussie ship.
Depends on exactly what criteria you want to use to select, but yeah…just about every single NATO country that has a Navy has a frigate. It’s about the minimum bar to have a Navy that wants to be able contribute to a US led Coalition without needing hand holding the whole time.
Spain has an AEGIS frigate although I’m not sure I’d want to buy Navantia from prior experience, FREMM is still pretty current (but would be an admission of a fuck up in canceling FFG62), Brits have both the Damen derived design and their own Type 26, which our other FVEY allies are wrapping up their own versions of, among many others. And many of them integrate our weapons systems into their combat systems suite.
The French are sharing their new frigate AFAIK, at least they’re exporting to others. Maybe we pissed them off enough they don’t want to share, who knows.
In the end, most would require a combat systems overhaul to accommodate US C4I, radars and missiles, so none are going to be fully turn key ready, but some will be closer than others.
If we end up doing a FVEY AEGIS FFG with Australia/Canada I might lose my fucking mind.

I said previously, designed / built within the last 10 years. That knocks out most of your examples.
The Perry-class already had those. It was also called the O-Country head. To this day I can't figure out why you wouldn't plumb A/C into the head when the fan coil unit was right across the P-way.

You won't find an age cutoff, but I'd argue that limiting the analysis to European platforms designed more than 20 years ago to field a modern US frigate does not meet the intent of "buying down risk" nor conducting a robust analysis of alternatives.
The world's cutting edge frigates today aren't western.
Cool. None of the examples I gave are even close to 20 years ago except FREMM but you do you. I’d still rather look at a Korean or Japanese frigate first, but that doesn’t mean the new Eurofrigates aren’t modern designs that could qualify. There is a reason we started with FREMM.
