Sure, no guarantees, but even the O5 over 30 gives me a significant boost over what I'd get now as an 04 over 20. While anything is possible, I'm really not concerned about whether my own retirement will be altered significantly by the current budget concerns
@PD, I've got 8.5 years E time AND I still dig what I do, with the potential of another couple flying tours, so it's a no brainer for me.
