GOUGE Regional Airline rankings for transitioning Rotorheads...

I'm a current Envoy FO, did the RTP program. I've made a few posts here as well... but I'm happy to discuss Envoy (or the regional transition in general) with anyone who wants to PM me. It's a lot smoother and easier than any military transition I did... and this career is THE LIFE!

They've gotta put butts in seats but I think they're also figuring out how to adjust their training programs for the variety of candidates they might be hiring in the next 5-10 years.* A few of them have class start dates backed up by months right now, so now is the time for them to collect data and figure out the way ahead.

* I'm not saying this is good or bad; it's business and it's market forces.
