hi everybody,
just wanted to know what you guys thought about this email i got from a recruiter about PRK ...

"You sound like the perfect canidate to be a Naval Officer in the aviation
field. Unfortunately you are not eligible to be a pilot, you would have to
settle for being a Naval Flight Officer. From what I understand they do
everything but fly the plane itself which is much more exciting. I
understand your thoughts of getting the PRK surgery, but from my experience
everyone who has got the surgery prior to entering the military has been
permantly disqualified. My recommendation would be to come in as a Naval
Flight Officer and then try and have the surgery while your in the military,
this would not disqualify you then and you would then have an opportunity to
be a pilot. You should come to Harrisburg to take the test and start the
application process.
Looking forward to helping you reach
your goals as a Naval Officer in the avaiation community."
