CAP participating in TFR defense scenario exercise in NorCal (in support of SuperBowl)- with the F-15's out of Fresno, CA. CAP aircraft is a Cessna Turbo 206H. This is a 2012 model T206H. Typical of the CAP fleet. Newer 206s are coming from Cessna factory equipped with Teledyne FLIR/EO on the port side of fuselage.

Moffett Field based 172 also getting in on the action. The CAP Volunteers love this stuff. and they are good at it. The fighter guys all have seperate "low speed intercept" quals to maintain. This helps them out quite a bit.

Here's the video - my 1st AF colleagues in Tyndall ran a whole Public Affairs Ex on preps for Super Bowl and AF ANG, CAP and other 1AF units in their Homeland Defense missions. A swarm of print, Social Media, Broadcast news, and social media video. The Air Force really gets the importance of public affairs. (Pay attention Navy PA folks!)
