I'm the same way with Bruce Springsteen. I can understand why people would enjoy his stuff, I just can't. Politics aside, just based on his sound.

I'm the same way with Bruce Springsteen. I can understand why people would enjoy his stuff, I just can't. Politics aside, just based on his sound.

Or maybe I was pre-ordained to not like Rush ?

Since it's all Rush all the time on WRSH today, I'll relate the day I got three Rush albums for free. A friend in high school brought me three albums because his parents would not allow pornography or devil worship in their house. I probably spent a little too much time looking at one of the covers, but I did manage to avoid going down the path of Satanism.

Rush is satanic? No way. Real satanic bands have names like "the hospital bombers." I'd also accept playing Zoso backwards. And you can see the wolf in the mountain if you know what you're doing.
