qualifying for Florida CCW

For those of us on Ye Old Greene Syde, being an Officer does equal a pistol qual. Even if you're a dumbass and piss away your expert, it's still good enough for the CCW. Although, I didn't have to submit an actual copy of my qualification to get the permit. They seemed satisfied with a copy of my ID, their check, and the appropriate paperwork.
