Our CW people got OHARP
There was a CWO on OHARP at my recruiters office when I was in about 2 months ago

Yes, I am currently on OHARP. If you are within a certain radius of a recruiter, you will get accepted. I do not recall how many miles but roughly 50 miles. Your chances are slim to none if more.
