Making Recruiting Great Again
Don't eat too much to where you get outside BCA standards.I read the prior enlisted part. Excellent! If I should get in I will eat a big piece of humble pie!

1. Why are you looking for OCS gouge if you are applying for direct commission reserve?Trying to find the updated gouge.. I see on this post is way back from Aug2016. Anyone has an updated version to share?
Thank you for your reply. This year I'm shooting for the Active side.1. Why are you looking for OCS gouge if you are applying for direct commission reserve?
2. If you are applying for an OCS program, there is a new gouge guide that @Chop07 posted. Search his recent posts to find it.

I peeped the survivor’s guide in Spring of 2018 before showing up to OCS in Fall of 2018 and trust me when I say you’re better off just memorizing what they have on the website. That’s what I’m doing for my second go. They check this site regularly and throughout the year make tweaks to content and procedures. The only way you could put out material faster than they could change it is to dump an entire recent edition of the OCR, which would land an ensign in a world of hurt.I see the last update was from 2018. Is this still a good reference for most of the information.
Disclosure: I have read through it, but I am also aware that the Navy likes to change things as many times as they wish.
