OCS 30SEP 2024 IWC Board

Paul will only respond with what is on the currently published board schedule as that is all he can actually say. one of the more memorable times dealing with board dates was when AD people on this site were saying they had been told by Paul the board was still on schedule, but it wasn't as the senior board member was at my district doing a visit and he had pushed the board by a week, he also worked in the same office as Paul and Paul knew he wasn't in the office.

How does your designator ranking order your chances? Recruiter said putting CW as 2nd choice after intel won't affect my CW chances but I've also seen posts on airwarriors a few years ago say that CW/intel don't like taking people who put them as second choices. Just a bit confused who's right here.

I've seen an OCS applicant who was accepted into OCS with CW/INTEL as his third choice on the application. It really depends on your package as a whole such as LOR and etc. Also, he was prior enlisted.

Designators that are in the IWC group are fine.
