Nov-Dec 2015 Rolling SWO Board

That is really weird. Are you SWO nuke? I think they swear I'm pretty quickly. Traditional SWO waits until final select comes in. I was pro-y back in August, didn't swear until December.
I'm pretty sure it was just SWO. I think I also had SWO-IW listed and maybe IW?

Things are feeling very surreal right now... I got a call from my OR with a ProRec Y just after landing in Philadelphia for a business trip with the job I just started. Not only am I in, but she says they want me sworn in within 72 hours so I have to find a recruiter out here. Could I get any advice about what this is about? I expected to have several months.

you can't swear in without a FS letter, has your recruiter never done this before?

all she said is that I was accepted and that she is supposed to be getting some paperwork in the morning that I will have to sign within 72 hours. It's been a very whirlwind day.

That sounds like the paperwork you fill to make sure nothing has changed since you submitted your application, not the swearing in, and it isn't a huge deal if it isn't done right away, crap some people are at inept NRD's so who knows when those guys will get notified.

Ok, I really hope you're right. I mean I am more excited that I've ever been to get a yes, but I'd really like a few more months at least of prep.

Sorry to hear that...let's say if you were excepted, do you still have to go to OCS again? and what are your future options
OTCN holds your records for two years if you do reapply. The command told me when I left since I'd completed all requirements to commission I had a couple options of coming back or commissioning at my recruiters officer. I know a girl that got NPQ'd from aviation right before Candio phase that was discharged but pulled some strings and she was brought back two weeks later and classed up with the next Candio class. She ended up doing two weeks in H-Class then commissioned 3 weeks later. If you have any other questions feel free to message me.

This week has been the longest wait for sure. I am right there with all the other members feeling anxious, hopeful and excited. I really hope my recruiter reaches out soon. The messages I have read are not encouraging.

Making Recruiting Great Again
Results came out Friday afternoon. Many folks are on leave or have command/holiday events meaning they're not able to check emails or field calls for a day or so. Surely the news will be passed over in due time.

my OR is in dallas but I still havent heard anything. Time to wish him happy holidays. Dallas exceeding their goals doesnt sound good though :(

Yeah my recruiter is in Dallas and I still have not heard anything. I am quite anxious to hear either way. The suspense is pretty killer.

I hear ya. Im out of Salt Lake City and I have not heard of anything either. From my understanding, some ORs are able to pull results from SharePoint. Mine is cannot - but perhaps its something helpful to bring up if you haven't.

It blows my mind to read how many haven't been called about results. Sorry for those of you who this impacts. It's not rocket science.

Yep, this has been a consistent problem for years, I worked with a few recruiters that wouldn't go on to the recruiting quarterdeck site, some wouldn't go into CIRIMS, etc... they expected the processors to do all that for them.
