Sometimes the forum goes off on it's own and decides what needs moderation. Even webmaster isn't sure what's happening there. I approved one of your threads and then another mod deleted a duplicate post. Hopefully everything is visible now.

Ed my father is Iranian. From Shiraz, did you get to do some traveling? I had an uncle who was secret service for the Shah (killed durin the revolution) and another who flew F-4s..I believe out of Isfahan.

Welcome aboard! You brother was a Prior-E bubblehead before going Army officer? An odd combination there (Army O-6 with Silver Dolphins and Deterrent Patrol Pin), but probably a pretty cool story...

... yes it is a beautiful country with beautiful people. too bad about the government. several of the iranian f14 air crew i worked with were executed shortly after my departure in dec of '78. they were good folks.
Does that mean that AW is becoming/has become self-aware? :bigeyes_1

How do you know we're not setting a trap? We have super-secret, G-14 Classified Mod meetings (at varying intervals and locations) in which we have up or down votes on each AW member. We also discuss strategies to deal with Skeetermen and all their Skeeterisms.
