Last time the "real thing" tried to one up me and take the girl I was hitting on, he lost. Interjecting words like "Pilot" and "Naval Aviator" or phrases like "Well yesterday when I was flying my jet." into a conversation doesn't get you much if thats all the game you can bring to the table. Enlisted AC always get the best tang anyhow, my O's always ask me to talk to girls for them.

He was not trying to take her, he was ordering a BigMac and making small conversation to rescue her from having to hear your "game". And why are you hanging out with your O's?

Using your occupation is ok. Going out to happy hour after work in uniform is ok.

Lying about your occupation/rank/rate indicates a douchebag. Wearing your dress uniform "just to pickup girls" for a night out at the club indicates a douchebag.

I agree. I have been out a few times after a Dining In or during NSI when it was mandatory attire out in town. However, putting on a uniform and going out by yourself is dochebaggery.
