USN Navy C-12s

Yes, there is one slick one like this and two radar birds used for range clearance. Great gig if you can get it if you're looking for an off ramp to the airlines. Lots of flight time, mostly banker's hours, live on the beach. While I was there, we had a mix of VP, HSM, HSC, VQ(T) and one E-2C guy. There are five LT billets and one post-DH LCDR billet. CO and XO also fly.

FWIW, they use these in Sig and Naples for logistics and VIP transport.

Pretty cool!

I've seen some very rough looking freight-dog Metroliners - with bare bones avionics and bare minimum analog FD/AP and instruments. These Navy C-26s are the complete opposite - immaculate! Nicely equipped.

I'm guessing among the least known aircraft in the Navy. The VX community has a few oddballs.
