So, you're now second guessing her personal medical decisions? What's your point, it's her fault the kid came down with Down's Syndrome? Let's get all the cards on the table shall we?
yes, no, yes :icon_wink

I have spoken personally with OBGYNs about this, and yes, it is irresponsible to fly in that condition. It's not some left wing conspiracy. General practice for pregnant women to need explicit consent from their OBGYN to travel after 7 months of pregnancy. Don't just brush it off and threaten to delete stuff because you support her. Thanks mmx for actually posting those articles.
Lighten up, the flow chart is a joke...you know, a joke...laughing...joke...![]()
Wow. I'm impressed. You've actually ... *spoken* to OBGYN's !!??!!I have spoken personally with OBGYNs....don't just brush it off and threaten to delete stuff because you support her...
The articles posted make no mention of whether or not Palin discussed the flight plan with her doctor beforehand (I would assume that she did). However, Palin is running for an executive office where she might have to make important decisions in the absence of the President, so anything that lends insight into her judgement and capability to make sound decisions is fair game. Not really getting it, are you? Her medical choices and the circumstances for those choices are between her......and her doctor.

Why would you watch Larry King (who interviews people, I dunno, 100% of the time) to watch coverage of a speech or two? Why not watch PBS or C-SPAN? And if you don't think the news that the 17 year old unwed daughter of the current female Veep candidate is news you're crazy.Okay, so after watching Larry King tonight I have officially lost the last bit of respect I had for CNN. There is a big ole hurricane going on...we have a political convention in MN where "anarchists" are breaking shit, spitting on and kicking cops while people standing around do nothing to help (including the media) and the "bombshell" story is that Gov. Palin's daughter got knocked up?! I wanted to watch coverage of a speech or two and that was the best I get? Fuck that old windbag...:icon_rage
Full disclosure...I was born out of wedlock...so was my dad...and my grandfather is a Lutheran minister...and I turned out marginally normal.
Tough day for Gov Palin...Lawyering up for Troopergate, pregnant daughter, and it turns out she was for the "Bridge to Nowhere" before she was against it, despite burnishing her reformist credentials in her announcement remarks: "I told Congress, 'Thanks, but no thanks,' on that bridge to nowhere. If our state wanted a bridge,' I said, 'we'd build it ourselves.'"Flash said:Not sure if this came up yet (didn't read all 15 pages):

What do they say, all politics is local?![]()
Sexist statement? Apparently it's sexist to assume that a daughter is going to require the assistance and expertise of her mother when it comes to pregnancy, childbirth, and issues specific to a first-time mother. This stoopid ass sexist statement pisses me off even more...might as well say "get back in the kitchen"
does anyone not think about the fact that these kids have "gasp" a father?!
Oh no...not a dad taking care of his kids...
I've never seen anyone running for national office hold one of these......

I think that horse left the barn decades ago.You became a father the same day "The Guns of Navarone" was on TV for the first time? You're dating yourself here, sir. :icon_tong
