When was that picture taken.

Summer 1986, we had a grueling schedule we were keeping, 1 week at sea and 4 weeks in port, it was tough to save any money.

I think you might remember it, Naples then Palma Cannes, Levorno, Italy Sicily Naples and Palma again. I don't think we were at sea for more than 3 weeks at any given time.

I was there with HS-15 at the time. I thought I recognized the guy in the red sweatsuit. Actually I recognized the sweatsuit.

The two guys two the right of the group were locals; the rest of were from VAQ132. We usually hit port together as we were all friends and in the same duty section. One - AE me one AO - the chump with the popped collar, one AMS - in Ray Bans, and one AD - the guy to my left.
