So which one of you has the "T34C" on their truck here at Whiting? I've seen it parked by the -6 line shack. Bunk, say it isn't you!

Wait, that's not cool?

Next you are going to tell me that wearing your "Golf 3" PT shirts and your "OCS Mandatory MOTTO" T-Shirt isn't cool either I bet...

As long as I can keep my leather jacket I suppose

Does anybody remember these things? Are they still out there?

I am reminded of someone from NorCal whose mom got involved in the license plate game. The first? "Mid Mom." The 2nd? (when he was commissioned USMC) "HooraMa." Unfortunately, no photographic evidence to prove it, but 100% true.

How about the Hummer (not the "ladies" version, but the old school Humvee) driving around Whiting with the license plate that says "IDIE4U"? A bit dramatic and hopefully not self fulfilling. There is also a Jeep that is plastered with Marine Corps propoganda and has a huge sticker that says "Attack Pilot". I think that one belongs to a LTCOL, so I won't go any further with that.

I saw that one down here at the exchange a month or two back. I too thought it was a bit much.

Somebody at Pensacola used to have "NPA 119" as their plate. I forgot about that one until right now.

Up until recently "HELOBUBA" was on my license plate. Unfortunately, the only people who understood what it meant were aviators. Most people thought it meant "Hello Bubba"
