It has been crazy warm. Cold at night. Basically a huge high pressure system has been sitting over us for a few weeks. Made for beautiful skiing when I was up in Whistler recently, even if the snow as pretty crappy. Nice flying too, the mountains are just AWESOME.

We have had the best February and overall the mildest winter that I can remember ... but no snow skiing (Washington mountains -- I think they just closed, officially) this year -- and standby for the water shortages this summer . Fortunately, the packing crate that I live in has no lawn ... we will give our rain this year to the Angelinos.

I couldn't agree with you more. 4 years in Vermont for college was enough. All I can say is I'm sorry you had to spend that much time there.
