Marines shed Super Stallion helicopters in Hawaii as part of refocus on Pacific island warfare

Two Super Stallion helicopters were permanently transferred from Marine Corps Base Hawaii to Okinawa last week as part of Force Design 2030, in which the Corps is refocusing on expeditionary warfare in the Pacific.

True but I’m too late for VMU and right now I have tilt #4. My brother is a grunt there and it would be cool to serve together, but I won’t select based on that I don’t think.

I just meant that VMU selects out of TBS and not Primary. Also figure it’s not extremely likely to get last choice, but hey. I’m just trying to have fun.
