USMC boot camp is at MCRD's San Diego, CA and Parris Island, NC.
USMC OCS and TBS are at Quantico, VA.
Duty stations are generally East coast (MCB Camp Lejeune, MCAS Cherry Point, MCAS New River, etc.) and West coast (MCB Camp Pendleton, MCAS Miramar, etc.), exceptions being MCAS K-bay, Hawaii and overseas (Iwa Kuni and Okinawa, Japan).

East being the region he selected from... Dude is from Maine. All Marine OCS is located in Quantico.
