FY20 Oct. 28, 2019 SNA/NFO Board

I thought that If the names were picked and signed off on, they would all be out at once ( with the exception of active duty). I'm a little confused at how some people have results but others don't after?

On past boards the results seem to have come out in a few waves. I don't really understand why that is, but you can see a quick analysis I did of the August board in my post history.
