FY10 STA-21 Applicants gather round!

My husband is a 1st time applicant for the Intel program (too old for Core). We received his yearly SRB payment October 1st but were told we would have to pay it back if he was accepted into the program. Is this correct?

Maybe.

You're entitled to everything you’ve received to date. If he's selected then he just won't receive the subsequent year’s installments.

This is true given that you didn't reenlist on or after the submission of your package. As long as he reenlisted before July 1 (or maybe earlier depending how they read it) you will keep what you've got.

If he reenlisted after July 1 you will be paying all of it back.

Stashed...again.
happy birthday to you,
happy birthday to you,
happy birthday to Vectra296,
happy birthday to you,
And many more...

Heres a riddle to go with it
Little Nanny Etticoat,
In a white petticoat,
And a red nose;
The longer she stands,
The shorter she grows.

What is she???

Leadblimp, if you are going to ODU, Mr. Nash and you will be good friends...

This thread has offically hit rock bottom if Mr. Nash has been mentioned in it. :(

And Mr. Nash is the civilian who works at the ODU NROTC who handles paper work, like commissioning packages and security clearances.
