aside from patches has anyone ever seen the Naval Aviator "Bush" pilot gold wings for sale on ebay? Now when i say bush i mean spread eagle'd women's legs....where the anchor and shield should be.

Good to go for getting a class patch at API...hope ya'll are creative and design a good one. Getting the shoulder velcro on your flight suits isn't a big deal for the Navy, Coasties, and Zoomies...but the Marines should pay much more attention to the uniform regs that are posted in the P-way at API. It states that you are authorized the name tape and squadron patch on the chest only. For the most part, if the Marines choose not to follow this, it won't be a big deal. But if they go to VT-2 (with the big orange patch) they are not authorized to wear the tactical green american flag until they solo. So if they get the velcro put on their flight suit for the flag, they will either be wearing a tactical flag when not authorized or they will have velcro that is not covered, which is against regs. This only matters for those that make an effort to do the right thing and follow uniform regs...you'll see plenty of them with the big orange patch with tactical patches.
