The reserves do have the C-40 (737). They have replaced the C-9 in some of the squadrons already.
Good point, and my guess would be that it would be a better fit for folks coming off AD without operational VP-type experience
However, and luckily, the taxi driver was particularly adept at avoiding several triceratops along the route.
Can anyone confirm if they are taking people coming out of advanced and directly training them for the P8 yet? Apologies if this has been asked. I can neither confirm, nor deny that myself and a few people I know were allegedly officially selected in primary and then allegedly unofficially removed from selection and left in a (so far) unknown status.
At least we know who our new 3Ps are going to be exactly. I wonder if they're selecting P-8 directly out of VT-10 at the same time?
Don't expect an abundance of slots. 16 transitions first and that seems to be on track. Subsequent squadrons have a very good chance of being delayed.
