The Russians sure do love that weird 1950s teal-green color. Also, is that a COTS CRT monitor? WTF?
Supposedly it's thought that the teal color helps keep aircrew calm.

So Russia apparently is starting to get desperate for vehicles. They have been producing some improvised infantry fighting vehicles consisting of older tanks with the turrets missing for troops to ride in, and now apparently ordering thousands of these from a Chinese company:
As you probably suspect, ^^^those^^^ however are not the most protected of military vehicles, basically being glorified golf carts. The Russians have been sending troops into combat using them and the Ukrainians apparently have had no problem blowing them repeatedly to smithereens.

And for the Russians, that may be a good thing as it forces the Ukrainians to use up ammo to destroy them. It is an echo of the Winter War, where the Finns were still doing well on the battlefield but were running out of ammunition and had to agree to an unfavorable settlement before it got worse.
Sad but true.
Never underestimate the ability of the Russians to throw more people into the meat grinder.
