I was wondering if (while flying for the Navy)taking class and earning an MBA was a realistic goal. I know that an extremely busy training program and sea tours wouldn't allow the time, but what about shore tours? Would I be able to use that time to study for an MBA? If so, would I be able to chose the school I attend?
I know of a few people who are on shore tours and are teaching/assisting with University ROTC programs, and earning their degree simultaneously. Is this normal? At what point in an aviator's career would any of this apply?
Thanks for the help! -JT
