The 6 foot rule is kinda Kryptonite to constitutional challenges because it doesnt affect the conveyance of the message. I am embroiled in a fight with the city of Daytona Beach as we speak. Last week we had the 11th Circuit reverse our trial court win last year. I am in the process of preparing a jursidictional brief to the US Supreme Court and expect that we will end up there next year. Read some of my work:

If we are able to prevail in the Supreme Court my attorney's fees will be reinstated and the city will owe me almost 1 million. Then I can buy that T2 Buckeye!!! I just need an instructor to recreate the training syllabus for me. That would be a nice full time job for somebody.

Buy an L-29 Delfin. Google it. If you want training in it after you buy it, give me a holler. Not a bad ride for $1000 in dinosaurs an hour.
