I am like 90% sure I saw a PMA slide somewhere sometime about WAAS at the boat/on Rhinos. Could be completely wrong though. Have no clue how you'd do WAAS with a moving runway.

I don't know. NAVAIR is supposedly going to tackle it somehow.
Amazing... even my 12 year old, $500, hand-held VFR GPS has WAAS. It's never had a problem getting a lock either, not even on the internal antenna in CONUS or while standing in a soccer field in Haiti. WAAS is just something that comes standard with most any respectable aviation GPS. It's kind of weird to get one without it.

But I'm sure the real experts at NAVAIR will one day successfully tackle this technical challenge. :rolleyes:
