I doubt you can make it, but out in Gainesville there's a great place called Gator's. Right across the street from UF. It's about a 30-45 min flight from Mayport, probably 15-20 from Jax. Also, if you're in Corpus, you can easily hit sugarland on an out and in, I did it in forms. They have a small theater at the FPO with stadium seating hooked up to cable.

There's a place across the street from UF called Gator's? Well that narrows it down. I keed, I keed. I think you might be referring to "The Swamp," which is right across from the library and both the food and scenery is above average. I'm also a fan of "Tijuana Flats," or as my friend's wife calls it, "The Mexican strip joint." Sadly, it's not. But good Mexican.

That's it. My bad. It is the Swamp and the scenery is nice.......Food's pretty good too.
