And of course, followed with immediate tasking:
"Say there LTJG Hinge-hater, why don't you go ahead and give some training on Drivers' safety at the next safety stand-down. Make it at least 375 slides. Thanks..."
Which is of course followed by said O-4 eagerly informing the skipper at the next DH meeting about how he was responsible for finally getting through to LTJG and how the whole squadron will benefit from his (the O-4's) training idea.
