AMEX Platinum

I think I just sent them a copy of my orders.
Do you know how you did that? Sorry for the dumb question - I called Amex and they wanted my DOB, SSN, and a bunch of other stuff to pass on to SCRA folks and then said "It'll be 60-90 days". Which seems unnecessarily complex?

I was expecting them to just say, "Email us your orders and we'll go from there" but alas.

There’s a “service member benefits” link at the bottom of their home page. I sent them my AT orders every year when I was SELRES, and I’d usually see the email within a day or two saying they’d extended SCRA benefits to my account.

I click on that and it takes me to a broken link 🤦‍♂️

It was something like that- I gave them what they asked for, and it got approved within a month or so. I don’t remember it being particularly difficult.

Interestingly, they calculated all the benefits back-dated to the account opening (I had been on AD for the entire time), and paid it all out in a lump sum of several thousand dollars. That was pretty sweet.
