A new OPNAVINSTRUCTION, 5370.2C revamps the Navy's fraternization policy. This new policy, inter alia, clarifies what relationships are appropriate for Sailors, given that today’s current operations and IA assignments have made it commonplace for Sailors to serve side by side with the U.S. Army and Air Force, multi-national partners in operations throughout the world.
