My experience with the Saudis was limited only to like three or four dudes in the HTs, but they were really nice guys and would always break out their coffee set (dallah?) and get all the pilots wired on delicious coffee while we all waited for our hot seats. They'd notice you running low and just keep the little glass filled up, almost despite your protests.
