Did you actually READ what you posted? OK, so it's not bribery - it's graft. WHERE is there a mention of "dishonest" in that entire section of the MCM?

I'm not going to motor on, back and forth and try to explain it to you. Just know that if someone wanted to write a charge sheet on you or someone else who's done something similar, the rest of the military would probably understand why. And you'd probably be found guilty.

The OP's original question about 96's has been asked and answered. You trying to sea lawyer your way into saying that what you did/heard of is perfectly fine is over.
