Does anyone know how common/rare it is to be Pro-Rec-N, one board, then become Pro-Rec-Y the next?

I have already graduated college and was wondering what more I could do to better my chances? I’m not sure what they found wrong with my package as my scores correlated nicely to the Ys.

Whoah you've got really good scores. Maybe LOR's and personal statement? That's all I can think of.

i remember a while back someone said you can’t reapply with the same scores you have to take it again? Someone correct me if I’m wrong
