23JUN25 IWC BOARD

I’ve been quiet here, but I did apply for the 23 June 2025 board as an Information Professional (IP). I originally wanted to list Supply, MWCO, and CW as backups, but my recruiter only submitted me for IP. He seemed pretty confident that I would get selected.(didn’t say that) He told me there is a Huge availability for this board for IP. Which is one of the reasons MWCO and CW wasn’t part of this IWC board.

So did the Intel board also get moved to Aug 11 along with the IP?

Intel was removed from the list of available IWC designators for the 23 June board a few months ago unfortunately (as far back as early May, if I’m remembering correctly). There’s an At-Board list now of Intel applicants for 11 August though - so that could be a positive sign packets will be getting looks here in a couple of weeks.

That isn't accurate at all, just because there is a need for a designator isn't a reason they remove other designators. They also do their best to equalize the number of spots for each designator across all the scheduled boards, some things can cause adjustments due to lower attrition or goal changes.

Edit: Designators that have ISEL criteria can also result in changes to available spots on a board.

This is incorrect. Civilian applicants were pushed to the August board. Active duty and BDCP applicants were considered for intel at the June board. It’s on the sharepoint.

Now that is some interesting privileged information. In fairness, all I have to go off are the board schedules periodically pushed out on the Commissioning Programs page and what I’ve heard from my recruiter (alas, no SharePoint access for moi) – but it's definitely the case that intel was on the board schedule until a new version dropped a few months ago which specified only BDCP, IP (nixed later), SWO-O, and OCEANO were up for review (not exactly much room for nuanced interpretation, at least until this new SharePoint info). If there’s a SharePoint document floating around that’s pushed out something different, that's great news – but it’s definitely not reflected anywhere I’ve been able to look. C’est la vie ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I applied to IP (civilian) and my recruiter continues to say I’m still At Board for the 23June board. I’m not sure why it seems we all have different information, I suppose time will tell!

Talk with recruiters/Paul Celestine to verify if you were considered at June 2025 Intel board. Hopefully results are released by the end of the week

I don't know this information for other programs. This is only what I specifically know for Intel. Best of luck!
