Do we know if CW is also undermanned and have more spots open? I asked my recruiter but he doesn't know and I was curious if anyone had an inside scoop

No, there are specific numbers allowed for accessions and for each year group. If there are manning issues they are handled by lateral transfers and such like @FormerRecruitingGuru said a few posts back.

Undermannded isn't a good use to word in terms of recruiting.
I would suggest either an open or closed program. If your recruiter is submitting your application, that is a very good sign it's an open program.

Based on previous board threads it seems like 5 weeks on average since the expected convene date.
