I counted about 40 AD on this board, based on the TAOC of 198.

I honestly didn’t feel like counting on my phone. Usually 73% and above get selected

Was it low? Maybe your OR did you a favor by concealing it. If that's an OR trick I wish they had done it for me if they lop off candidates wholesale from a minimum GPA then I'm RIP.

It's a 3.95, so I hope he didn't leave it off ?

I think all AD are caps, I looked at 10 AD names and all were in caps. I’ve never heard of it before but perhaps it’s shorthand for AD or flag interest or something. Just wild speculation.

Is "Grading Sheet" supposed to have so many eyes on it? If so does anyone have the grading sheet from the August board? The at-board doc I have from August just has the 1st tab, no important details.

I think the grading sheet is just our raw scores for faster comparison. Much like the AW spreadsheet.

I read somewhere that there's a 40/40/20 distribution for aviator applicants (pilots?) Academy/ROTC/direct-commission. But where does AD fit in?
