What are your scores? I just barely missed the cutoff too on my AQR. I heard motivational statements/LOR’s are used for tiebreakers between SNA applicants with similar scores though so i would definitely put emphasis on getting that right, now that weve taken the ASTB.

General consensus points to LOR and statements not even being looked at or considered

That being said, it doesn't hurt to have good ones

On the topic of BDCP. I’m kind of worried that my recruiter or processor won’t turn in my application in on time. I completed all the documents today and my recruiter told me that because my scores are immediate select I won’t have to worry about a board. I believe that even though my score puts me in I-SEL range I still need to submit an application to the BDCP board to be selected. So which one is correct? Also how long does it take for a processor to submit an application?
