Also you should be able to get a job, as long as it doesnt affect your academics. I currently work as a VA work study and my recruiter hasnt said anything about that.

I also have a job I just wanted to know if it was different with it being associated with the military system instead of my pure civilian part time job.

Also, would anyone know if I can apply for a job through USA jobs to work at the on-base commissary a couple days a week. Not sure if I can since i’m technically active duty.

You ought to ask this with the HRO or HR POC that’s listed.

The orders say active military service so I think it’s active reserves.

My recruiter said "you are now active duty Navy"

You’re full on active duty in BDCP. No reserve.

You just don’t need to be in uniform or within grooming regulations.

swore in the 28th of october and was told my first paycheck will hit dec 15th, not a bad question to ask your recruiter

Swear in, chill, get paid, graduate, got to OCS, fly Navy. Hope this helps. In all seriousness though your recruiter is going to walk you through everything and will let you know what you need to do for leading up to and possibly after OCS. It might take a while for you to get your documents generated and swear in but don't worry, the hard part is over. Congratulations!
