Submitting and getting DQ for ISEL doesn’t hurt your chances for the next board. Your application will get pushed to the next board automatically so if your application is ready now there’s no harm in just submitting it. At least that’s my understanding.

For weed? No. You’ll get DQ for ISEL because of literally one time experimental use. The board is way more lenient. As long as it’s not a habitual thing and not semi recently then you’ll be fine

If you gave the truthful and honest answer to your recruiter, then this shouldn't be a problem.

I mean if your scores are good enough for ISEL and your GPA is solid, you’ll likely get selected at the board anyway. But yes for whatever reason admitting you smoked once as a teenager seems to just DQ you for ISEL unfortunately

Correct just DQ from ISEL. I don’t know the specifics of being DQ from pilot in general regarding weed but there are plenty of people on here who have talked about disclosing it on their application and getting selected via the board. Try searching “marijuana” or “weed”
