Check out my stats on page 2 of this thread on the excel spreadsheet. It's linked there.

First and most important piece of advice: You have a chance. Don't count yourself out. Submit the package.
Two, aim for 50 and above on the OAR. Most people average between 43-48.
Three, it might be hard, but it's doable: get your LORs from NAVY Supply Officers. Track them down. Follow the Supply Corps Groups on Facebook and on IG. The SC is a very small community in the NAVY. Everyone knows each other. Names and appraisals go a very long way.
