I am in a similar boat to this. I graduated with a 2.29, but went back and took around 45 additional credits to complete a second major and raised my GPA to a 2.68 (which is what my packet shows). I got a gpa wavier, but curious how the board might view this. I think my cum in the 45 extra credits was a 3.79 or something like that with the last semester being a 4.0Since you didn't do great I would not talk about grades, if you started low and your term GPA kept climbing to the point where your last term GPA was in the low 3's that would be something to talk about, but with the highest 2.8 that is still low. Talk about any leadership you did, volunteering, mentoring, etc....
I got a 63 on the OARWhat did you get in the OAR? Cause I was told a score was needed to make up for that gpa

I applied back in May for supply in August it was my first choice. Swo was my 2nd choice. My recruiter despite me checking in weekly never fixed the paperwork. So despite me thinking my application was at board for Sept 2nd it really wasntISEL??

She told me swo board wouldnt look at my application as it not my 1st choice but the prior board for supply was cancelled
My recruiter is now saying she ll put me in for this board
Pure incompetence. I dont blame my recruiter but they should notify us that we re at board
