Recruiter told me i got it but didn't send me any paperwork is that normal?

Yes. You likely won't do any paperwork for a while. You won't get your 'FINSEL' or 'Final Selection Letter' until you complete the PRT, which won't be until 45 days prior to your OCS date.

Im back from Africa march 15 is that enough time?
I am being asked to do one this month and one within 45 days of OCS.

My recruiter is asking me to do it in January and says 45 days before is too late. So im now having to fly back from africa bit earlier to take care of this mess only for my work to send me back
My business dealings here aren't over until middle of march. Then im taking a month off until I leave

It wasn’t my stats, they were really good. I had non-stat related negative marks against me that I don’t want anybody to stress out over.

No, all the designators I’m qualified for I can’t get into before I age out. I’ve already picked an enlisted rate (ET/FC) so my recruiter got me on with an enlisted recruiter
