Recruiter told me i got it but didn't send me any paperwork is that normal?

Yes. You likely won't do any paperwork for a while. You won't get your 'FINSEL' or 'Final Selection Letter' until you complete the PRT, which won't be until 45 days prior to your OCS date.

Does it have to be within 45 days or can it be before. Im back in states briefly then back in Africa until mid march
