02 MARCH 2026, SNA/SNFO

People my recruiter still says board is on and also that he does not see any note about it being cancelled. He has sent me APSR form and DD-370 to give to my references. I do not know what is going on, is this board happening or not.

it is both not happening and happening. TLDR, most people say its cancelled but there is no "official" notice of cancelation. its one of those maybe yes maybe no situations. Normally they cancel before hand or provide notice. 2025 they didnt do that and they might not be doing it for 2026 either.

I will just complete everything just in case, if not we can use it for the next board

I have one question
Let’s say hypothetically the SNA was also happening
Given this is the last board for the FY26
will it be more competitive compared to the first board of FY27.
I'm not the right person to ask this, but the people that have much more experience in this sub have stated that navy recruiting command is usually ahead of the curve for Officer selections and are rarely subject to the FY cycle affecting competitiveness. take that for what it is, but Sept was unusually competitive, and right before that they literally picked up 2-3 guys with 5s and 6s (no 7s). They do their best to space it out, so it's always the same in competitiveness, but things happen (allegedly)

I’m personally starting to believe that ISEL is basically the only way to get in for awhile. Unless you get crazy lucky
