Im in BDCP too. From what my recruiter told me, I need to pass the PRT and then I can sign and be sworn in, besides the small bit of paperwork you have to do.

My FINSEL came in friday for august 2nd class. I think you should be fine even if its last minute. Ive heard of people getting it 2 days before.
