01JUN26 SNA/SNFO board

2.81, probably a smidge higher after some flight courses I’ve completed since the 141 stuff goes to GPA.
Don’t think too much into it brother. If you really want SNA, retest and reapply for SNA only. I don’t see any reason you’d get lower scores if you studied. Is your GPA above a 3.0?

I was in your same position I get it, I got declined with a 5/9/6 in the September board. It sucks dude. But I locked myself in the room for a month, studied like a psychopath, retested and got a 7/9/7. couple months later got selected. If I can do it you definitely can. If this is what you want to do then do it and don’t get discouraged!
Ya we’ll be good man. I appreciate it. I know some guys at my flight school that have the interactive joysticks and they got 8-9s

NFO isnt too bad of a gig either though. especially if you have that same urge to serve as i do. general aviation does not hit for me at all. i was actually considering it at the time, even though I have my PPL and IR.

You’re alright then. From what I’ve seen the cut off is around 2.5

Study like your career depends on it (it does) and kill it bro. I somehow managed a 66 9/9/8 so feel free to hmu if you have questions. Not sure how much I remember though lol

I’m not a GA guy either. I call our planes but smashers, even though I’m willing spin those little sketchy 152s lol. I want to serve as well, but I want to fly. Both parents flew in the AF and other family has flown as well.

2.4 gpa, don’t remember my scores, took the astb when I was dumbass out of college. Only thing I can think that helped me was having combat time as a flight engineer in chinooks
I think that’s my saving grace
