Can I ask when you submitted your package? I submitted mine last Wednesday. Do you know how long after you submitted your package it got pro boarded.

Did you not have to get employer references from the last three years?

It definitely helps if your professors and/or teachers say your a top 5 student/employee too.

Ya the employer ones kind of get redundant in terms of reference. But I also had strong contacts with Veterinarians as I was initially accepted into veterinary school before this process. Turned it down for the opportunity to have a career as a Naval Officer.

Why? He has a year to weigh his options and make an informed decision about what he wants in a career.

But I can say at times it feels obligated to get letters from high ranking officials when other applicants do and of course your competiting with them. But I just stuck to personal people who know me well and are influential in the community.

Letters from employers, professors and coaches out weigh LORs from high governing people cause they want LORs from people that know you. I got letters from all employers in last three years my soccer coach, professor, director of the humane society that I volunteered at and a veterinarian I...

I thought the board was in July but applications had to be in by June 18th.

Well passed my psych consult/ MEPS. Now have to write a statement regarding my tattoos, Fired from jobs and small use of pot :/....then I am done.

God I am pissed I didn't send my package in earlier...Someone from my district got picked up and their package was weaker than mine. With my luck I will actually go up in a competitive board.

Wi Wish I had my app in on time with a 776 61. My motivational statement is very strong my recruiter said ( thanks to some help from a pilot on this forum). Oh well I will just be apart of the first board for FY14

Does anyone know how the stupid cum GPA is calculated? Mine came out to a 3.05 yet my lowest cum GPA at any university was a 3.13...
