I believe that's only the case for OCC guys not PLC, unless things changed. If anything, the doc will probably just tell you to get them taken care of sometime down the road. It's up to you if you want to get it over with now, though.

Here's a retarded question: I received orders to attend OCC-201 in May 2009, but couldn't go because I didn't receive my flight physical in time. I am now supposed to go to OCC this October (OCC-205). Would my PEBD be the original May 2009 date?

NAMI/NOMI is VERY backed up due to the ridiculously high number of Navy/USMC officer applicants they've been dealing with over the past year (shitty economy, etc). I was delayed two OCS classes already because my flight physical wasn't scheduled and then approved in time. EDIT: Delayed again. FML.
